(NYSE:HLI), announced it has agreed to acquire 7 Mile Advisors (7MA), an independent advisory firm that provides a range of investment banking services to clients across the IT services sector. The transaction was signed on July 7, 2023. The deal is expected to be completed this quarter following regulatory approval.
Because of this transaction announcement, Solganick believes we are now the only M&A firm that focuses exclusively on the IT services sector for the lower middle market, with transaction values ranging from $20M to $250M in Enterprise Value.
