Quan Vu

Quan Vu is a Managing Director with Solganick and is responsible for deal management and execution for the firm’s clients. He is an executive with over 20 years of experience executing M&A, corporate finance, and corporate development initiatives. Quan previously served as the CFO/CBO of Ocugen and COO/CBO of 180 Life Sciences, both Nasdaq-listed companies. Prior to these roles, he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Opiant Pharmaceuticals, Impax Laboratories, Anthem, and Amgen. His finance and M&A expertise was honed at prestigious firms including Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs where he held increasing roles in investment banking.
