Michael Kim

Michael Kim joined Solganick in 2024 as a Director and leads deal origination and execution of the firm’s Cybersecurity group. Prior to joining Solganick, he served as a vice president in the Technology & Services group at Raymond James, where he advised leading cybersecurity companies on M&A and capital raising transactions, including the 2023 Middle-Market Deal of the Year for Infrastructure Technology. Previously, Michael held successively senior-level roles in the technology investment banking groups at D.A. Davidson and Imperial Capital. He additionally led the equity research coverage of the cybersecurity sector at Imperial Capital for numerous years before focusing his industry domain expertise on advising corporate clients on strategic transactions as an investment banker.
