Frank Grant

Frank joined Solganick & Co. in 2017.

Frank possesses 28+ years of experience in technology M&A, law, venture capital, and investment banking in Silicon Valley and Southern California. Past clients include Zillow, StubHub, eBay, Andreesen Horowitz, Benchmark Capital, and Accel Partners. He has extensive experience with public and private mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, private placements, and venture capital financings.

Frank leads deal origination, client management, and execution for the firm’s software clients. Skilled in the full life cycle management of M&A transactions from origination to closing, deal marketing, structuring, negotiation, target identification, legal and board-level strategic initiatives. He is also the firm’s Chief Legal Officer and leads all contract and legal matters.

Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley, a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Frank currently resides in Playa Vista, Los Angeles.
