Aaron Solganick

CEO and Founder

After a successful 20+ year technology-focused investment banking career, Aaron Solganick founded Solganick & Co. in 2009. Aaron Solganick currently leads all transactions for the firm as well as strategy and operations.

Aaron Solganick launched the firm because of a large number of conflicts of interest within the investment banking industry as well as a general lack of vertical industry specialization among a majority of investment bankers. He wanted to make sure his team was focused within the software and tech-enabled services verticals and had deep industry expertise and experience in order to complete M&A transactions for the firms clients.

Aaron has held leading investment banking and corporate development positions at many prominent firms including KPMG Corporate Finance, Bear Stearns, B. Riley FBR, Southwest Securities, and Perot Systems Corporation. He has advised on over 200+ transactions totaling approximately $8.6 billion of value including M&A, private equity, IPO’s, and secondary offerings of several top global technology firms. Transactions have been completed with CapGemini, GP Strategies, Qualcomm, American Electric Power (AEP), Vivendi, Take-Two Interactive, Electronic Arts, KPMG, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Perot Systems, and several other global acquirers.

Today, Aaron Solganick has built a top-ranked, award-winning, boutique investment banking and M&A advisory firm serving software, IT services, healthcare IT, and digital media sectors globally.

In 2018 and 2019, Aaron Solganick was recognized as a top investment banker by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
