Los Angeles, CA – October 19, 2018 – Congratulations to Aaron Solganick, CEO of Solganick & Co., for his making the list of Influential Investment Bankers in Los Angeles as published by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Years in Practice: 24

Years with Current Firm: 9

Specialty or Industry Focus: Technology and Digital Media M&A

“Aaron Solganick is a high energy and experienced technology investment banker with an entrepreneurial spirit. He launched the investment bank Solganick & Co. in 2009 to focus exclusively on completing mergers and acquisitions for technology and digital media companies.”

Solganick is active in the Los Angeles business community and is a positive source of energy and passion with his “always move forward in a positive way” approach. All of his team members at Solganick & Co. are motivated by his work ethic, drive and customer first attitude. Besides his work at the firm, he in his spare time makes an effort to volunteer to help the homeless in Los Angeles with food, clothing, shelter, and finding work.

After a successful 20+ year technology-focused investment banking career, Aaron Solganick founded Solganick & Co. in 2009. Aaron Solganick launched the firm because of a large number of conflicts of interest within the investment banking industry as well as a general lack of industry specialization among investment bankers. He wanted to make sure his team was focused and had deep industry expertise and experience in order to complete M&A transactions for his clients.

Aaron has held leading investment banking and corporate development positions at many prominent firms including KPMG Corporate Finance, Bear Stearns, B. Riley & Co., Southwest Securities, and Perot Systems Corporation. He has advised on over 200+ transactions totaling approximately $8.6 billion of value including M&A, private equity, IPO’s, and secondary offerings of several top global technology and digital media firms. “There are many generalist M&A shops around, but not many are focused on the technology and digital media sectors we cover,” he noted. He then set out to recruit the smartest people he could find that were experienced investment bankers and M&A professionals within the software, IT services, and digital media industry sectors.

Today, Solganick & Co. is a top boutique investment banking and M&A advisory firm serving the technology and digital media sectors globally.
