Riley & Co., Southwest Securities, and Perot Systems Corporation. He has advised on over 200+ transactions totaling approximately $8.6 billion of value including M&A, private equity, IPO’s, and secondary offerings of several top global technology and digital media firms. “There are many generalist M&A shops around, but not many are focused on the technology and digital media sectors we cover,” he noted. He then set out to recruit the smartest people he could find that were experienced investment bankers and M&A professionals within the software, IT services, and digital media industry sectors.
