It is headquartered in Irvine, CA. Atherio, Inc. is a leading Oracle technology services company providing end-to-end technology enabled business solutions to the enterprise.  It is headquartered in Bethesda, MD with an office in Dallas, TX.

The combination provides both companies with extended Oracle expertise and geographic reach to service its clients.

Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
