Jason Chan joined Solganick & Co. in 2025 as a Managing Director and is responsible for M&A deal management and execution. He brings over 20 years of experience across global M&A advisory, management consulting, and in-house technology strategy and operations. Jason supports clients with positioning, M&A strategy, and transaction execution.
Previously, Jason held M&A advisory roles at KPMG Corporate Finance and Mercer, advising corporate, private equity, and government clients on domestic and cross-border buy- and sell-side transactions with roles based in the U.S. and Asia. He later held technology leadership roles at Okta, Salesforce, and Guidewire. At Okta and Guidewire, Jason established and led technology enablement functions supporting enterprise-wide technology and cybersecurity transformations. Jason began his career at technology startups.
