Mark Zides is a Managing Director and joined the firm in January 2026. In this strategic role, Mr. Zides will lead the firm’s expansion into the Northeast U.S. and work with companies within the Software and Technology Services sectors, focusing on high-growth verticals including HRTech, EdTech/Learning/Training, AI and Analytics. A seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 30 years of experience, Mark brings a wealth of expertise in scaling businesses and executing complex growth strategies. His appointment signals Solganick & Co.’s commitment to deepening its presence in the Northeast—a global hub for technology innovation—and enhancing its advisory capabilities for founders and private equity groups within the human capital and data sectors.
Before joining Solganick & Co., Mark served as the CEO of Luminoso Technologies, an AI-powered natural language understanding (NLU) platform. Previously, Mark was the Founder and CEO of CoreAxis Consulting, an award-winning talent management and learning development firm. Under his leadership, CoreAxis grew into a premier partner for Fortune 500 companies before its successful acquisition by ELB Learning in 2022. Mark is also the author of the Amazon bestseller, “The #PACE Process for Early Career Success,” and a recognized thought leader on the future of work, AI-driven marketing, and business scaling. His career includes previous leadership roles at global firms such as PwC, Deloitte (Monitor Group), and Ernst & Young.
