A seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Zides brings a wealth of expertise in scaling businesses and executing complex growth strategies. Before joining Solganick & Co., Mr. Zides served as the CEO of Luminoso Technologies, an AI-powered natural language understanding (NLU) platform. Previously, Mark was the Founder and CEO of CoreAxis Consulting, an award-winning talent management and learning development firm. Under his leadership, CoreAxis grew into a premier partner for Fortune 500 companies before its successful acquisition by ELB Learning in 2022.
Mr. Zides is also the author of the Amazon bestseller, “The #PACE Process for Early Career Success,” and a recognized thought leader on the future of work, AI-driven marketing, and business scaling. His career includes previous leadership roles at global firms such as PwC, Deloitte (Monitor Group), and Ernst & Young.
