September 30, 2024 – Solganick, a data-driven investment bank focused exclusively on software and IT services companies, announced the addition of a senior level hire to launch and lead the firm’s cybersecurity M&A practice.  Michael Kim joins as a director of investment banking, bringing  20+ years of experience in technology and cybersecurity investment banking and capital markets research.  Most recently, Michael served as a vice president in the Technology & Services group at Raymond James, where he advised leading infrastructure technology companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. Previously, he held successively senior-level roles in the technology investment banking groups at D.A. Davidson and Imperial Capital. His domain expertise, industry relationships, and strategic insights will be tremendous assets in expanding the firm’s reach with leading companies across the sector. He brings a proven track record of successfully closed transactions as a seasoned banker, as well as numerous years of equity research experience covering publicly traded cybersecurity companies. Michael is based in Los Angeles, CA.
