March 12, 2020 – Solganick & Co., an award-winning technology-focused investment banking firm, announced the hiring of two experienced M&A professionals in Q1 2020 who joined its Los Angeles office. Quan Vu was hired as a Managing Director and will lead the Healthcare IT M&A practice. Cameron O’Leary was hired as a Vice President of Originations and Business Development who will lead deal origination and new client relationships with companies and private equity firms.

Quan Vu, Managing Director is a 20-year experienced investment banker and M&A professionals with expertise in healthcare and healthcare IT. Prior to joining Solganick, Quan was a Vice President of Corporate Development for Opiant Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: OPNT), Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for Amgen (Nasdaq: AMGN), and a healthcare investment banker for Goldman Sachs, and an Economic and Strategy Analyst at LEGC.
Cameron O’Leary, Vice President is a technology-focused M&A professional with over 5 years of transaction origination and execution experience. Prior to joining Solganick, Cameron was a Vice President of Investment Banking for Harbor Ridge Capital, and a Private Equity Associate at Brook Venture Partners (424 Capital).
