March 11, 2024 – Irvine, CA and Tampa, FL – We’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our team with the hiring of two experienced M&A professionals, Alexei Sorokin and David Johnson. Both Alexei and David bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table, and their expertise will be instrumental in driving our continued growth and success.

Alexei Sorokin joins us as a Managing Director. With a long and distinguished career in investment banking, Alexei has a proven track record of leading deal execution and origination efforts. He brings over two decades of experience including managing the client M&A transaction process from start to finish at Morgan Stanley’s Financial Institutions Group in London. Alexei’s deep understanding of the financial landscape and his strategic thinking will be invaluable assets to our firm. Alexei is based in Irvine, CA.

David Johnson joins us as a Senior Vice President. David’s impressive background includes extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer for Pandera Systems, a cloud and data analytics IT consulting firm (and former client of Solganick & Co.).  Throughout his career, David has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to manage financial analysis and due diligence and lead all corporate finance projects. His proven ability to manage the M&A transaction process will be a major asset as we continue to expand our client reach into middle-market and enterprise clients within the technology sector. David is based in Tampa, FL.
