December 31, 2015 – Solganick & Co., Inc. served as exclusive advisor to Navigator Business Solutions, Inc. (“Navigator”) in its majority recapitalization with Alerion Capital Group, LLC (“Alerion”). Navigator is an award winning SAP cloud solutions and services partner and systems integrator and Alerion is a Scottsdale, AZ based private equity firm that specializes in software and IT services investments. The terms of the deal were undisclosed. The transaction was completed the end of December 2015.
