A seasoned global business leader and strategic advisor to CSuite executives, he brings nearly 30 years of experience in transformational growth, M&A, post-merger integration, and corporate development across multi-billion dollar enterprises. He has led complex global M&A and growth initiatives, and managed global P&L responsibilities exceeding $2 billion, consistently unlocking enterprise value through high impact transactions, digital innovation, and operational alignment. Ramesh previously served as Chief Business Officer of L&T Technology Services and as CEO of a services startup, following senior leadership roles at HCL Technologies and CSC. Known for combining strategic foresight with operational discipline, he guides organizations through high stakes transactions and major transformations, delivering trusted advisory and enduring value creation. He is also a certified M&A expert through Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA).
