David Johnson

David Johnson joined Solganick in 2024 as a Senior Vice President and is responsible for deal execution including leading financial modeling and analysis of our clients. He has approximately 15 years of experience in finance including serving as Chief Financial Officer of cloud and data analytics IT services firm, Pandera Systems (client of Solganick & Co). David was instrumental in supporting the transaction process for Pandera Systems as it explored and ultimately sold to 66 degrees alongside the Solganick team.
