December 26, 2025 – Solganick has served as the exclusive M&A advisor to Columbia Advisory Group, LLC (“CAG”) in its sale to Complete, an MSP backed by PE firm Heritage Holding. CAG specializes in cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance as a service, and IT services focused on clients in higher education, state and local government agencies, and mid-market enterprises in the U.S.
This acquisition significantly enhances Complete’s MSP capabilities, offering clients a more comprehensive suite of services that integrates robust cybersecurity solutions with their existing managed IT offerings. This union creates a powerhouse in the IT and cybersecurity landscape, poised to address the evolving needs of businesses grappling with increasingly sophisticated cyber threats and complex regulatory environments.
