June 30, 2025 – Solganick was the exclusive M&A advisor to a confidential managed services provider (MSP) in its sale to Complete, an MSP backed by PE firm Heritage Holding. The company specializes in cybersecurity and IT services and provides services to the higher education and state and local government agencies in the Southwestern U.S.
