Solganick was the exclusive M&A advisor to NetSentries in its sale to SGS

October 5, 2026 – Solganick & Co. (“Solganick”) is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive M&A advisor to NetSentries, a cybersecurity and digital assurance specialist, in its acquisition by SGS (SIX: SGSN). SGS is the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company. The transaction was announced on September 29, 2026.

Founded in 2016, NetSentries helps banks, financial institutions and regulated enterprises across the Middle East and India find, assess and manage digital risk. Its services cover offensive security, independent security assurance and validation, AI and emerging-technology security, cyber resilience, and post-quantum cryptography readiness assessments. Its AI-driven NST Assure platform gives organizations a continuous, outside-in view of their exposure. It tests that exposure the way an attacker would and turns the results into evidence-based assurance, which helps customers move from periodic testing to Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM).

The acquisition adds to SGS’s Digital Trust portfolio. Organizations face growing demands around cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, data protection, AI governance and operational resilience, and SGS aims to meet them through independent assurance and verification. NetSentries will keep operating under its own brand. Co-founders Sudheer Elayadath (CEO) and Arun Thomas will continue to lead the business as part of SGS.
“We founded NetSentries to help organizations see their exposure clearly and act on it before attackers do,” said Sudheer Elayadath, CEO of NetSentries. “Joining SGS gives our team the scale, reach and credibility of a group that has stood for trust for 145 years.”

“This transaction reflects the strong strategic demand for specialized cybersecurity firms with proprietary technology and deep relationships in regulated industries,” said Michael Kim, Managing Director, Cybersecurity M&A at Solganick. “Sudheer, Arun and the NetSentries team have built a differentiated exposure management platform and a trusted franchise across the Middle East and India. We’re proud to have advised them on their partnership with SGS, a global leader that will help NetSentries scale its mission of building digital trust.”

The deal is another example of Solganick’s work in cybersecurity M&A, where it advises founder-led and sponsor-backed companies on sell-side and buy-side transactions.
