Sam DiSalvo joined Solganick & Co. in 2020 Sam has approximately 15 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, and valuations, and has completed over 100 M&A transactions and valuation engagements. Prior to joining the firm, Sam was a Vice President of Healthcare Investment Banking at Kaufman Hall in Chicago, and before that, a Senior Associate with Huron Consulting Group [NASDAQ: HURN] where he focused on valuations and transaction advisory services.  Sam is responsible for the full life cycle of transaction excution including deal and client management.   Sam has recently completed transactions including eMedApps sale to Medical Technology Solutions (MTS), Waypoint’s sale to Wipfli, DAS Health’s acquisition of iTentive Healthcare Solutions and iTelagen Healthcare, Nextira’s sale to Accenture, and others.

Sam is originally from Columbus, Ohio and currently resides in Manhattan Beach, CA with his wife and two children. In his free time, you can find Sam at the soccer field or hockey rink for one or both of his kids’ sports practices and games.
